Meet Your Coach 

If you’re sitting there thinking this sounds interesting, but you’re asking yourself what I bring to the table as your coach, well, allow me to introduce myself.  

I’m Melissa Hollingsworth, the owner and creative director of Worthwhile Media. Before starting Worthwhile Media, I worked on academy award-winning films as a set lighting technician and countless independent films in almost any role you can imagine. I have a degree in filmmaking with an emphasis on cinematography and documentary storytelling. For years now, I’ve been operating as a photographer and content creator to create still images and copy for brands and businesses, but I am so excited to be returning to my roots in film production and to have the chance to share my knowledge and years of experience with you. During my career, I’ve worked on huge productions, but I’ve also seen my fair share of micro-budget independent shoots where it’s all about problem-solving and working with what you have.
